Rules & Regulations
- Maximum guests per Villa;
- Villa One | 1-6 pax
- Villa Two | 1-6 pax
- Villa Three | 1-4 pax
- Towels are provided according to the number of declared guests.
- All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
- All pets must be fully trained, vaccinated, and must not be left unattended.
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and must dispose waste in a pet waste bag.
- Strictly no smoking in the Villas, Pool Area and Common Kitchen;
- Should you wish to smoke, our designated smoking area is at the Multipurpose hall (Dining Area), located near the Pool Area and Common Kitchen
- Kindly request for an ashtray
- Dispose of cigarette butts accordingly not on the ground or any other places.
- Picking or cutting of plants is strictly not allowed.
- No commercial use w/o prior notice.
- Kindly CLEAN AS YOU GO before check-out;
- Clean kitchen and dishes
- Wastes in trash bin provided
- Used provided towels must be collected and placed on the bedroom bathroom floor
- To help us conserve energy, please remember to:
- Turn off the lights when leaving
- Switch off the air conditioning upon check-out
Pool Area
- All guests are encouraged to wear proper swimming attire.
- Please take a shower before swimming.
- Strictly no food and drinks in the pool.
- Pets are not allowed to use the pool.
- No rough play in the pool. There is no lifeguard on duty and Management will not be held liable for any accidents cause by such activities.
- Pool towels are available upon request.
- Pool towels are only allowed to be used in the Pool Area and must be placed in the laundry basket provided after use.
Common Kitchen
- Please CLEAN AS YOU GO.
- Return all borrowed utensils and other kitchen items accordingly.
- Use of grill is inclusive provided that guests use their own charcoal.
Pool Hours: 5AM - 11PM
Quiet Hours: 11PM - 6AM
(In mandate of the Noise Ordinance from the Barangay Council of Talisay, Batangas).
Common Kitchen: 6AM - 10PM
